Subscription Cancellations
Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access until the end of your paid period
- No refunds for partial months
Annual Subscriptions
- You may cancel at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing year
- No refunds for unused time unless required by law
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For first-time purchases of annual subscriptions, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee:
- Request a refund within 30 days of initial purchase
- Full refund to original payment method
- One refund per customer/household
- Does not apply to renewals
Other Refunds
Refunds for other purchases are granted at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis for:
- Technical issues preventing use of the service
- Accidental duplicate purchases
- Billing errors
No Refunds For
- Change of mind after 30-day period
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Partial use of service
- Violation of Terms resulting in termination
Processing Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- It may take 5-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution
Free Trials
- Free trials are available for eligible new users/companies with some services
- Credit card required; you will be charged when trial ends unless you cancel
- Cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid charges
