Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on our Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
Required Information:
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (e.g., URL)
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of Federal District Court for your judicial district (or if outside U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found)
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice

Repeat Infringer Policy
We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
Good Faith Requirement
Misrepresentations in DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please ensure all information is accurate before submitting.
