DRESE LLC does not sell personal information in the traditional sense. However, we allow third-party advertising partners to collect information through cookies and tracking technologies on our Services for targeted advertising purposes, which may be considered a "sale" under California law.

Enable "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) or similar browser settings. We honor GPC signals as a valid opt-out request.

We Do Not Discriminate

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your right to opt out. You will receive the same level of service whether you opt out or not.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit opt-out requests on your behalf. The agent must provide:

Written authorization signed by you
Proof of their own identity
Verification that you have authorized them to act on your behalf

Processing Time

We will process opt-out requests as soon as reasonably possible, typically within 15 business days.

Verification

For security, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. This is not required for simple opt-out requests but may be needed for more detailed requests.
